Job summary

PT Lautan Luas Tbk is seeking a Learning & Development professional in Jakarta to identify training needs through competency assessments, PA, and IDP, and to design and implement programs that boost employee capabilities. The role coordinates training events, evaluates outcomes, and maintains training records.

The ideal candidate has a degree in psychology or HR, experience in L&D, and strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Capital functions.
• Good understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training administration, and learning evaluation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through competency assessments, PA, and IDP.
• Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee competencies.
• Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, trainers, participants, and training materials.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
• Maintain and update employee training records and learning databases.
• Support talent development initiatives and continuous improvement of learning programs.
