Sefas Group in Jakarta is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support competency development, IDP monitoring, and evidence-based recommendations. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will support functional competency development, Individual Development Plan (IDP) monitoring, and evidence-based development recommendations. You will also contribute to the implementation of LMS learning pathways aligned with employee development needs and business priorities, working closely with HR Business Partners, line managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the development, review, and validation of functional competency matrices and assessment tools in collaboration with external vendors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and department leaders.
• Analyzing job requirements, business processes, competency assessment results, and development gaps to identify relevant employee development needs.
• Facilitating and documenting regular IDP monitoring sessions, tracking development progress, reviewing supporting evidence, and following up on agreed development milestones.
• Providing practical, evidence-based development recommendations in collaboration with employees and supervisors, including on-the-job learning, coaching, mentoring, and formal learning interventions.
• Supporting the design, curation, implementation, and monitoring of LMS learning pathways aligned with employee development needs and business priorities.
• Maintaining accurate competency and development records, monitoring key development indicators, and preparing reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Collaborating with HRBPs, department leaders, SMEs, and external partners to ensure development initiatives are relevant, properly validated, and effectively implemented.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Education, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Development, Organization Development (OD), HR Business Partnering (HRBP), or related HR functions.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: competency development, IDP monitoring, or learning and development needs analysis, with a working knowledge of the others.
• Good understanding of business processes and cross-functional operations, with the ability to translate job responsibilities into competency requirements and development needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, particularly in data management, analysis, and reporting.
