Job summary

Segari is seeking a Learning & Development professional in Indonesia to assess training needs and design/ deliver programs for blue-collar teams. This role involves facilitating in-person and virtual sessions, and driving data‑driven improvements to learning initiatives.

The candidate will monitor industry trends, ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to advance organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in L&D, HR, or organizational development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing corporate training programs.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating learning impact.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Google Workspace (GSheets, GSlides, GDocs).

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys and interviews.
• Design and deliver effective learning programs such as technical training, leadership development, and soft skills training for Blue‑Colour teams.
• Facilitate in‑person and virtual learning sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make data‑driven improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and bring innovative learning strategies into the organization.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
