Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic enterprise accounts in Indonesia's transportation and logistics sectors. The role focuses on building executive-level relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering integrated ICT solutions that support digital transformation and long-term growth.

The candidate will work with internal solution teams and channel partners to manage the full sales lifecycle—from planning to post-sales relationship

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Informatics Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, KAM, or Enterprise Business Development within ICT.
Proven experience managing enterprise accounts within transportation, logistics, public sector, or related industries.
Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets across assigned enterprise accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders in transportation, logistics, and related industries.
Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle including opportunity identification, presentations, and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft competitive ICT solutions addressing customer requirements.
Coordinate with channel and ecosystem partners to expand market coverage and deliver complex projects.
Identify new business opportunities across networking, cloud, data center, storage, and digital transformation.
Monitor customer satisfaction, project execution, and risks to ensure long-term partnerships.
Prepare forecasts, account development strategies, pipelines, and executive reports.
