Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager for Indonesia’s transportation sector. You will lead strategic enterprise accounts, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver ICT solutions across networking, cloud, data center, and related technologies.

You will build executive-level relationships, manage the full enterprise sales cycle from planning to post‑sales follow-up, and collaborate with channel partners to expand market coverage while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field as specified.
Minimum 7 years in Sales or KAM in ICT.
Experience with enterprise accounts in transportation/logistics or public sector.
Proven end-to-end enterprise sales experience from bidding to contract.
Fluent English, strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic account plans to achieve targets across assigned enterprise accounts.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships within transportation, logistics, and related industries.
Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract management.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive ICT solutions addressing customer requirements.
Coordinate with channel partners to expand market coverage for complex enterprise projects.
Identify new opportunities across networking, cloud, data center, storage, optical, wireless, and digital transformation.
Monitor customer satisfaction and risks to ensure delivery and long-term partnerships.
Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and executive presentations for planning.
