Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales in Indonesia's transportation and logistics sectors. You will cultivate C-level relationships, develop account plans, and drive ICT solutions from opportunity through contract, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage bids and negotiations, and monitor risks while expanding market coverage with channel partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 7 years in Sales, KAM, or Enterprise BD in ICT.
Experience managing enterprise accounts in transportation/public sectors.
Proven end-to-end enterprise sales, bids, negotiations, contracts, and CRM.
Solid knowledge of ICT solutions: networking, data center, cloud, storage, wireless.
Experience with large enterprise customers or public projects is preferred.
Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic account planning.
Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for revenue targets in assigned enterprise accounts.
Build relationships with executive stakeholders in transportation and logistics.
Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from opportunity to contract.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive ICT solutions.
Coordinate with channel partners to expand market coverage and delivery.
Identify new opportunities in networking, cloud, data center, storage, and digital transformation.
Monitor satisfaction, risk, and project execution to ensure long-term partnerships.
Prepare forecasts, strategies, and executive-level pipeline reports.
