Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive growth in Indonesia's transportation and logistics ICT sector. You will own strategic accounts, manage the full sales lifecycle, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of ICT enterprise sales experience, a track record in bidding and negotiations, and strong stakeholder management with senior executives. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
Proven experience in enterprise sales or KAM for ICT sectors.
Fluent in English, strong communication with executives.
Experience with transportation/logistics or public sector accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise accounts in transportation and logistics.
Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
Manage end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle from opportunity to contract and delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft competitive ICT solutions.
Coordinate with channel and ecosystem partners to expand market coverage.
Identify new business opportunities across networking, cloud, data center, and digital transformation.
Monitor risk, forecast, and report on account development and revenue.
Prepare executive-level dashboards and pipeline reports for planning.
