Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of B2B sales or key account management experience.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within packaging, printing, labeling, and converting industries.
• Develop strong relationships with brand owners, printers, converters, and packaging manufacturers.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, forecasts, and annual account plans.
• Collaborate with technical, product, supply chain, and regional teams to ensure effective customer support.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Manage sales forecasts, account performance, and customer profitability.
• Support product trials, customer presentations, and new product introduction activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term strategic partnerships.

As a Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Profile

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of B2B sales or key account management experience
• Strong exposure to the packaging, printing, labels, flexible packaging, paper, films, adhesives, inks, or converting industries
• Established relationships with relevant customers and decision-makers in Indonesia would be advantageous
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and account-development capabilities
• Comfortable discussing technical products and coordinating product trials with customers
• Fluent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to be based in or commute regularly to Cikarang
• Able to work independently in a multinational and matrix organization
