Job summary

Ribbon Communications in Jakarta is seeking a qualified Key Account Manager (Creative) to join the client service/account team in Indonesia. The role focuses on delivering against commercial requirements and maintaining strong client relationships onsite.

You will handle quotes, invoices, and coordination, support project management, and drive continuous improvements while working with account managers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager with day-to-day operations in the designated area.
• Reference standard working practices to process pre-artwork activities using management tools.
• Manage projects by prioritising, planning, tracking and communicating with stakeholders.
• Be the single point of contact for the area, maintaining client relationships with the Account Manager.
• Communicate across face-to-face, conference calls, phone and email to strengthen client relationships.
• Explain print feasibility and substrate impact on packaging to ensure brand integrity.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for billing and provide internal reports to support profitability.
• Coach and mentor staff within the scope of responsibility per SWP.
• Identify issues and promote best practices, supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with the introduction of technology changes through RFCs and testing.
