• Minimum of 3 years experience as a B2B Sales Manager or Key Account Supervisor
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills are required
• Ability to be aggressive and persistent with sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities; autonomous work style
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations
• Placement across Lotte Grosir stores in Tangerang (Jatake) and related retail outlets
