Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Strong interest in technology, IT solutions, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with internal technical teams to propose suitable IT solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial engagement through proposal preparation, negotiation, and project handover.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, reports, quotations, and other supporting documentation.
• Keep track of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
