Job summary

SoftwareOne seeks a Project Manager to lead customer engagements from initiation to closure, delivering outcomes on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with architects, consultants, analysts, and vendors to apply the pmOne framework and maximize value for clients across cloud, software, and managed services. Based in Indonesia, you will drive continuous improvement and contribute to global projects, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-facing IT, cloud, or software projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with PMO frameworks, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid methods.
• Excellent planning, risk management, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and PSA tools.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are executed within scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, risk registers, status reports, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate project teams, resources, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery outcomes.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and overall project profitability.
• Build strong customer relationships, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote project management best practices, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and identification of new business opportunities within customer engagements.
