Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer engagements and deliver measurable business value across the project lifecycle. You will guide initiatives with architects, consultants, analysts, and vendor partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

As part of the Project Management team, you will drive PMO-aligned practices, manage risks, and maintain governance artifacts while fostering continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-facing IT, cloud, infrastructure, software, consulting, or professional services projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering projects using PMO frameworks, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring on-time, within-scope, within-budget, and quality outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, governance, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinating project teams, resources, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
• Managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Building strong customer relationships, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Promoting project management best practices and identifying new opportunities within engagements.
