Job summary

Aliz is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of our solution teams in the APAC region from our Jakarta office. You will coordinate with sales, business partners, and engineers to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes while fostering strong customer relationships.

You will mentor less senior colleagues, drive improved delivery efficiency, and help grow our revenue by creating assets and scalable processes. This role offers hybrid work and global travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have held a leadership role in software projects (Program/Delivery Manager, etc.).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Engineering background with understanding of software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery for the entire solution team.
• Manage international projects focusing on the APAC region.
• Collaborate with Sales for smooth transition to delivery and improve team solutions.
