Job summary

PT SoftwareONE Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer-facing IT, cloud, and software projects within the Project Management team. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate architects, consultants, analysts, and vendors, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned to quality and business objectives.

You will manage project plans, governance, risk registers, and stakeholder communications while promoting best practices and continuous improvement across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-facing IT, cloud, infrastructure, software, consulting, or professional services projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with PMO frameworks, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent planning, risk management, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, PSA tools, ServiceNow, CRM platforms, or similar.
• Strong commercial awareness to manage budgets and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Promoting project management best practices, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and identification of new business opportunities within customer engagements.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team and lead customer engagements that deliver measurable business outcomes while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting customer-facing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. Working closely with architects, consultants, analysts, specialists, customers, and vendor partners, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to quality and business objectives using SoftwareOne's Project Delivery Framework (pmOne).

Key responsibilities:

What we need to see from you

• Experience delivering projects using structured methodologies such as PMO frameworks, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent planning, risk management, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Experience working with project management and governance tools such as Microsoft Project, PSA tools, ServiceNow, CRM platforms, or similar solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets, drive process improvements, and support organizational change initiatives.
