Job summary

Binar is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition in the outsourcing and headhunting space. The role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and collaborates with the recruitment team to meet client staffing needs.

Based in South Jakarta with a hybrid work arrangement, the position targets corporate clients, HRD, Procurement, and C-level buyers, and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from IDR 8 to 14 million plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Mandatory experience in outsourcing or headhunting agencies.
• Strong communication with HRD/Procurement/CEO-level stakeholders.
• Comfortable with monthly revenue targets and fast-paced selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for outsourcing and headhunting services
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Deliver proposals to HR, Procurement, or C-level decision-makers
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets
• Coordinate with recruitment team to meet client staffing needs
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records
