Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management or business development in IT.
• Previous IT company experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT business processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience in handling client contracts, vendor registration, and administrative documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to coordinate with technical teams and ensure resource fulfillment.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with outsourcing clients and new prospects.
• Handle contract management, vendor registration, SLA monitoring, and documentation processes.
• Lead and coordinate stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deployment stage
• Conduct account planning and pipeline management to achieve growth targets.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding account performance, client needs, and revenue forecasts.
• Ensure successful delivery and long-term retention.
