Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong negotiation skills, proficient in English speaking, analytical thinking, and expert knowledge of sales management tools.
• Experience: min. 2 years in sales & product management of IT industry with leadership and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find potential corporate clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Pitching & Proposals: Create tailored business proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and finalize contracts to hit quotas.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners for repeat business.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine outreach strategies.
