Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior Human Capital leader to plan and implement strategies across recruitment, learning, culture, organizational development, industrial relations, and payroll. The role ensures alignment with the company’s vision and strategy, while driving talent acquisition, development, and competitive compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position or 7 years as a supervisor
• Strong understanding of Human Capital processes and practices
• Good understanding of Industry 4.0 and its impact on people and business
• Knowledge of Sustainability and ESG principles
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the scope of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement Human Capital strategies covering Recruitment, Learning & Culture, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, and Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, ensuring alignment with the Company’s vision and objectives.
• Design and optimize recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement Learning & Development and Performance Management programs to enhance employees’ competencies.
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration and tax reporting.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and manage workplace disputes fairly.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to enhance effectiveness and support business transformation.
