Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/HR field.
• 7–8 years HR experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Solid data literacy and familiarity with assessment tools.
• Proven expertise in talent development, performance management and learning management.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership with coaching and team development skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated human capital strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead mid- and long-term planning to deliver HR value.
• Develop and implement policies for career, performance, and learning management.
• Ensure HC budget is used effectively and efficiently.
• Lead manpower planning and development; conduct performance reviews.
• Model corporate culture and foster collaborative teamwork across functions.
• Translate direction into HR strategies for career, performance, and learning.
• Act as strategic partner for HC initiatives across units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement HR strategies.
• Monitor HC strategy implementation and adjust to meet targets.
• Improve HR systems and policies in line with best practices and regulations.
