Job summary

Hangry is seeking an HRBP Sr. Associate to serve as the key people partner for R&D, Expansion, and Quality, aligning people strategies with business priorities.

You will drive talent and performance programs and shape a culture where HangryMates thrive, spanning Hangry Support functions. You will manage performance cycles, workforce planning, and employee engagement while advising managers on relations, organizational design, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as HRBP or HR generalist with multi-department exposure.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies with organizational needs.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management, OD, and change enablement experience.
• Experience in performance management cycles, feedback culture, and employee development.
• Comfortable using HRIS and data to generate insights for decisions.
• Strong communication with high emotional intelligence and situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Business Partner to key departments, aligning people practices with business goals.
• Coordinate Performance Management across Hangry Support functions, including implementation and follow-up.
• Partner with division heads on workforce planning, development, engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights and action plans to improve team health, performance, and retention.
• Advise managers on employee relations, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations, promoting trust and transparency.
• Contribute to People projects and process improvements enhancing the employee experience.
