Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience with large-scale recruitment and training.
• Experience recruiting and training hundreds of employees in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of local labor markets and sourcing strategies.
• Proven experience establishing recruitment processes and onboarding systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment to fulfill large manpower ramp-ups.
• Develop and maintain local recruitment channels and sourcing resources.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce needs and timelines.
• Standardize recruitment processes, criteria, and onboarding procedures.
• Oversee screening, interviewing, offering, and pre-employment admin.
• Design and manage onboarding programs and training initiatives.
• Analyze training needs and measure effectiveness to ensure competency.
• Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, costs, and readiness.
