Job summary

You will manage job postings, CV screening, interviews, onboarding, and training programs, while partnering with multiple departments to align hiring with business needs. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for cross-border communication within our team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Chinese speaking is a MUST).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment and training preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment platforms and channels.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment activities.

2. Training & Development

• Identify employees' training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Prepare training materials and maintain employee training records.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Follow up on employee development and training progress.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Chinese speaking is a MUST).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment and training is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
