Job summary

PT. DELTA JAYA MAS is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee HR operations across a large manufacturing workforce. You will manage recruitment, performance management, training, payroll, attendance, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

You will develop manpower planning, KPI dashboards, and HR processes, lead a small HR team, and partner with operations to support business goals. Experience in manufacturing and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Human Resource, preferably as Supervisor.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experienced handling 300–500+ employees is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment & HR Administration.
• Understand KPI, Performance Management, Training & Industrial Relations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets & ERP.
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manpower planning & recruitment processes
• Develop TNA, training matrix, training programs & effectiveness evaluation
• Handle employee discipline, SP, investigations, conflicts & Industrial Relations
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and applicable labor laws
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and data-driven recommendations for management
• Lead and develop the HR team
• Work closely with all departments, and management to support business needs
