Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Strategic mindset and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee human capital operations including recruitment, onboarding, development and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and governance requirements.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration and compensation frameworks.
• Develop HR policies, procedures and best practices aligned with objectives.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management.
• Lead recruitment initiatives to support organisational growth.
• Manage HR information systems and maintain employee records.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and succession.
• Oversee training and development programmes to enhance skills.
