Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and governance.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employee regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, movements, and offboarding.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, policies, and corporate governance.
• Administer HR operations: records, contracts, BPJS matters, and HR reporting.
• Support employee relations, development initiatives, and workplace culture.
• Drive organizational development via job evaluation and process improvements.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll support, and related documentation.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, internal controls, and procedures.
