Job summary

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws, and lead payroll coordination, benefits, and HR analytics while promoting an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' generalist HR experience.
• Experience managing HR and admin functions.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR information systems and MS Office.
• Leadership experience (preferred).
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with objectives.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, offboarding.
• Oversee general administration: office, facilities, services.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and policies.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and records with confidentiality.
• Provide HR reporting and analytics.
• Liaise with external partners such as recruitment agencies and legal advisors.
• Support inclusive, engaged workplace culture.
