Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Economics, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• 15-20 years of professional experience.
• At least 12-15 years in Business Development with enterprise sales or strategic account management experience.
• Experience across multiple industries, preferably including FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, and packaging to name a few
• Demonstrated experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing executive-level relationships.
• Demonstrated experience and capacity to establish and maintain position of dominance in the markets

Responsabilités

• Develop market growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and align business development initiatives with company objectives. Co develop pathways towards PB dominant position in the local market
• Lead complex negotiations, structure enterprise partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Ability to understand and nuance P&L documents as well as strategically create and manage budgets
• Gain and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers in multiple industries
• Mentor BDMs, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and influence internal and external stakeholders. Provide key industry insights and inputs to help management craft/develop country goals, strategies, policies and protocols.
• Represent Plastic Bank Philippines in industry events, client engagements, and executive forums.
• Introduce new partnership models and collaborate effectively across commercial, operations, sustainability, finance, and marketing teams. Capacity to translate, modify/adjust, customize co-create within PB and with clients PB products and services to meet and deliver varied requirements and needs of the local market.
