Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Corporate Development, Commercial Strategy, or related fields.
• Proven track record in originating, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships with senior corporate stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, including revenue-sharing models, incentive structures, and business case development.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable platform integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong network of senior decision-makers across corporates, financial institutions, government entities, or strategic ecosystem partners in Indonesia.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in high-growth startups is preferred; familiarity with Indonesia’s agricultural value chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partnership strategies aligned with PemPem’s business growth objectives.
• Identify, build, and manage partnerships with financial institutions, corporates, government entities, cooperatives, and other ecosystem players.
• Lead end-to-end partnership processes, including business development, commercial structuring, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with senior executives and strategic stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop scalable partnership integrations and improve partner performance.
• Monitor partnership adoption, commercial value, and business impact to ensure sustainable growth.
