Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Business Strategy, Growth, Commercial Management, or related functions.
• Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing business KPIs, including user growth, conversion, retention, transaction volume, and revenue.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross-functional initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead, shape and oversee Business Strategy, Development, and Growth initiatives across the Mini Program ecosystem.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships to unlock revenue opportunities.
• Drive growth through user acquisition, engagement, retention, and transaction growth with KPI ownership.
• Oversee Mini Program performance and scalable business models across categories.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and other stakeholders for successful initiatives.
• Lead, coach and manage direct reports, ensuring clear priorities and accountability.
• Analyze performance, market trends, and competitors to generate data-driven recommendations.
