MR.DIY Indonesia seeks an experienced strategic finance professional to shape the company’s medium- to long-term plans and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership to monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.

The role requires a minimum of five years in corporate finance, FP&A or related advisory roles, with strong financial modeling, forecasting and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor of Finance / Accounting.
• Min. 5 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking or advisory background.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial projects, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering results in a dynamic business environment.
• Experience in developing financial strategies, forecasting future trends, and providing recommendations to senior management to achieve organizational objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong financial analysis skills including the ability to interpret financial statements, financial modelling, analyze key performance indicators.
• Proficiency in financial planning & forecasting, budgeting, and capital budget techniques.
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles and valuation methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead or support development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Analyze internal and external business trends to identify opportunities for growth or operational improvement.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer behavior and competitive landscape; develop benchmarking analyses.
• Coordinate with multiple business units to ensure timely delivery of strategic projects.
• Collaborate with C-Level executives and senior leaders; prepare materials for Board discussions.
• Coach junior team members and build strategic thinking capabilities across the organization.
