EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding our team and seeking a motivated Business Development professional with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will support the Business Development team to deliver consultative experiences and help clients find the best product solutions.

This role requires drive to generate leads, build a healthy sales pipeline, negotiate terms, and collaborate with marketing and operations to grow our business across multiple channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in sales or business development or related role.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to engage directly with customers and attend meetings as needed.

• Drive end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Engage with prospects to understand business needs and propose solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into deals.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate terms.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective sales execution.
