You will drive lead generation, build a robust sales pipeline, and lead negotiations with universities, private companies, and government or community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with flexibility to engage directly with customers and attend business meetings or on-ground activities when required.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to customer acquisition and deal closure.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research and partnerships.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers to support growth.
• Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms and drive closures.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives and campaigns to generate new opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress, and market developments to identify improvements.
