Job summary

EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding our team and seeking a Business Development Specialist with strong communication and negotiation skills, sales mindset, and analytical thinking.

You will identify new customers (B2C & B2B), build partnerships, generate leads, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver the best consultation experience for our clients. Fluency in English is required, and a Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers (B2C & B2B) and partnerships.
• Generate leads through networking, events, sponsorships, outreach, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
