EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding our team and seeking a Business Development Specialist with strong communication, negotiation, and an analytical mindset. You will generate leads, acquire new customers, develop proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to tailor the best solutions for clients.

Experience networking with private companies and government institutions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers (B2C & B2B) as well as partnership opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, event activations, sponsorships, outreach, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operational/center teams.
