EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding our team and seeking a Business Development Specialist with strong communication, negotiation, and an analytical mindset. You will generate leads, acquire new customers, develop proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to tailor the best solutions for clients.

Experience networking with private companies and government institutions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

You will work with the Business Development Specialist team to deliver the best consultation experience to our respective customers and help them facilitate the product that suits their needs the most.
