Job summary

Shopee is hiring a Senior Strategy professional to drive revenue and profitability across Shopee Singapore’s businesses. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, structure complex problems, and deliver end-to-end strategic projects with clear business cases.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in top-tier strategy consulting, with exposure to consumer, retail, e-commerce, or AI-related projects, and strong communication skills to engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; master's optional but beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time strategy experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Experience in consumer, retail, e-commerce, category management, or AI projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI, chatbots, automation tools, or tech-enabled workflows is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Solid business acumen to understand category performance and buyer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability across Shopee Singapore's businesses.
• Drive commercial growth initiatives across relevant categories and business areas.
• Structure ambiguous problems via sizing, benchmarking, analysis and scalable strategy.
• Deliver end-to-end strategic projects from development to realization.
• Prepare materials for senior stakeholders to support timely communication.
