Job summary

Shopee Bangkok seeks an experienced Operations professional to own the Social Seller strategy, analyze business performance, and drive growth initiatives. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to identify opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.

You will develop dashboards, monitor key sales metrics, and manage high-priority projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, analytics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with SQL querying to access and analyze data.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Social Seller strategy and translate market opportunities into actionable plans.
• Act as key data and analytics partner for Sales, building dashboards across lead gen, seller acquisition, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders from Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product, IT and Marketing.
• Deliver timely insights and drive initiatives from problem identification to execution and results tracking.
