Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in PMO/strategic operations.
• Experience in tech/e-commerce/logistics preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives and special projects to accelerate growth.
• Define, monitor, and report core operational and program performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Identify gaps in processes and translate feedback into automated workflows and AI-driven improvements.
• Regularly engage with internal teams and external partners to uncover bottlenecks and governance gaps.
