Shopee Bangkok is seeking an Experienced Operations professional to lead Retail Sales and partner acquisition. You will manage a 15-headcount team and drive performance across SDOP partners and internal functions.

Responsibilities include shaping the Retail Sales strategy, recruiting high-volume partners, tracking key metrics such as ADO, and resolving operational bottlenecks to ensure seamless partner network execution.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail sales, business development, or partner acquisition within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall Retail Sales strategy to exceed core business targets.
• Identify, negotiate with, and recruit high-volume SDOP partners for non-Shopee drop-off orders.
• Actively manage and track performance metrics (e.g., ADO) and drive partner productivity.
• Directly manage a 15-headcount team across Retail Sales and SVP Training.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks, partner escalations, and logistical challenges quickly.
