Job summary

CXM Group is seeking a high-energy Business Development professional in Indonesia to drive B2B sales via Introducing Brokers (IBs). You will identify IBs, craft tailored offers, and strengthen partnerships to grow deposits and share of wallet.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and industry knowledge, with a track record of building long-term client relationships in financial services.

• Drive B2B sales through Introducing Brokers (IBs).
