Vantage, a global multi-asset brokerage, is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and introduce brokers and affiliates in Indonesia.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue by promoting Vantage's solutions and trading platforms to new clients and partners.

The role requires a self-starter mindset, knowledge of the local trading landscape, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Client & Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new retail clients and high-potential Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliate partners.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing IBs and affiliate partners.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
