Job summary

PU Prime in Indonesia is seeking a Senior / Business Development Manager (Remote - Indonesia) to drive growth across the country by managing IBs and partnerships, and expanding the company's footprint in key markets. You will collaborate with marketing and sales, build long-term relationships, and report on partner performance while staying updated on Forex/CFD regulations.

You will be responsible for identifying new partnerships, driving client acquisition, and delivering region-specific growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales.
• MustHave own IBs, clients, and portfolio to bring into PU Prime.
• Strong track record with recent sales/trading data available.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage IBs and partnerships across Indonesia.
• Drive client outsourcing, lead generation, and partner-driven acquisition.
• Monitor, report on partner performance with actionable insights.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
• Stay updated on Forex/CFD regulations and industry trends in Indonesia.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to design regional growth strategies.
