Job summary

Universal Furniture Industries in Cirebon, West Java, seeks a Staff Procurement to source, procure, and manage materials essential to furniture manufacturing. This full-time role supports production schedules, cost control, and supplier relationships to sustain business objectives.

You will coordinate with production teams, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate procurement records and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles; manufacturing/furniture preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-relations skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory compliance.
