Job summary

KartikaSari Group is seeking a Purchasing Officer to join our procurement team in Cicurug, Sukabumi, West Java. This full-time role supports manufacturing operations by ordering materials and ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery across the supply chain.

You will prepare requisitions and POs, track inventory, manage procurement workflows, and negotiate with suppliers while maintaining thorough records and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
• Excellent negotiation skills with supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
• Process purchase orders and manage the procurement workflow from requisition to delivery.
• Compare quotes from multiple suppliers and prepare cost-benefit analyses for management.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand material and supply requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in procurement activities.
