Job summary

PT Gunanusa Eramandiri, based in South Cikarang, West Java, is seeking a dedicated Procurement Staff to support purchasing and inventory operations for our manufacturing and logistics teams. This full-time role emphasizes cost-effective procurement processes and meticulous record-keeping.

You will manage the full procurement cycle from needs identification to PO creation and payments, maintain supplier databases, monitor stock levels, and assist in supplier evaluations while ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) to Bachelor’s Degree (S1) required, professional procurement certification preferred.
• 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing or inventory in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Understand full procurement cycle: needs identification, sourcing, negotiation, PO creation, expediting and payments.
• Know market and materials: supplier markets, price trends and goods/services characteristics.
• Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist stock management activities.
• Prepare procurement documentation, including contracts and delivery confirmations.
• Support supplier evaluation and selection based on quality, cost and reliability.
• Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Liaise between internal departments and external suppliers for smooth operations.
