25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird seeks a Food & Beverage Sales Manager to drive revenue across all F&B outlets and social events. You will develop strategic sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with the Director of Food & Beverage to align sales with operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in F&B sales and event planning, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

1–3 years of F&B sales and event planning experience.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English preferred.
Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Passion for the food and beverage industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue across F&B.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research and events.
Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and partnerships.
Conduct sales presentations and site tours showcasing the hotel’s F&B offerings.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Collaborate with culinary and service teams on promotions and packages.
Work with senior F&B leadership to align sales strategies with operations.
Provide updates on sales performance, pipeline, and accounts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
