Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; service oriented with an eye for details.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and implement 25hours brand promise, brand pillars, brand characters, and brand icons
• Analyze and submit month-end reports identifying deviations from business plan goals
• Implement and maintain control measures for costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs in line with budget
• Conduct daily departmental briefings to ensure information is communicated to team
• Supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standards
• Build strong relationships with guests and regular patrons, providing personalized service
• Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently
• Manage cashier and bar operations in accordance with company policies
• Monitor equipment supply and stock levels to prevent shortages
• Ensure outlet and back-of-house sanitation complies with hygiene regulations
• Maintain knowledge of all food & beverage services and hotel features
• Ensure health, safety and security procedures are followed
• Perform proper handover to the next shift
• Interview, select and recruit outlet employees
• Identify and develop team members for advancement
• Conduct performance reviews and monitor professionalism and appearance
• Develop and conduct staff training programs focused on skill development and business needs
• Prepare weekly staff schedules based on anticipated business volume

Job Purpose

Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily management of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards of food & beverage service is provided to the guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and implement 25hours brand promise, brand pillars, brand characters, and brand icons
• Analyze and submit month-end reports identifying deviations from business plan goals
• Implement and maintain control measures to ensure food & beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs remain in line with budget
• Conduct daily departmental briefings to ensure all pertinent information is communicated to team members
• Supervise team members to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and to departmental standards
