Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize the hotel's preventive maintenance program.
• Manage inventory, assets, and security protocols for tools, equipment, and hotel property.
• Monitor departmental budget and control expenses; contribute to annual operating budget forecasts.
• Develop and deliver training programs that build technical skills and ensure professional standards.
• Hold regular departmental meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and gather feedback.
• Ensure adherence to all fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies, departmental procedures, and applicable regulations.
