You will lead a high-performing sales team, expand strategic accounts, and nurture relationships with corporate, banking, retail, and technology customers. The role requires a deep network, strong negotiation and leadership, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in business or marketing.
• 10+ years in sales with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong network with corporate, enterprise, banking, retail, tech accounts.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for BOD.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance to align goals.
• Develop long-term partnerships and strategic accounts to maximize revenue and retention.
